Saving Public Broadcasting

I don't normally get into politics on my business site. But Congress wants to mess with something that's very important to me, and to my family. They want to kill the network that brings Sesame Street, Austin City Limits and New Yankee Workshop into homes across the country. They want to kill the only radio network that has decent news coverage during daily drive time.

So if you'd like to be able to hear news that goes deeper than the latest celebrity train wreck, or watch a program that will teach you something, write your congress-critter and let them know public broadcasting is important to you.
